Outside Sales

The primary function of the Outside Sales Representative is to increase market share within an assigned territory. This will be accomplished by increasing revenues and building long-term relationships, specifically with contractors and municipalities. This role will target growth from customers, and new potential customers/prospects, with the expectation to influence and manage decision-maker relationships with customers who require pavement products and equipment for their businesses or agencies.
Position Responsibilities:
- Management of customer relationships and account development.
- Deliver consistently detailed and highly professional quotes, in a timely manner.
- Make office and field visits to build on or create new relationships.
- Coordinate with other SealMaster employees for the best possible customer service.
- Build a clear ‘quote and jobs-won’ pipeline. Utilizing target customers and events calendar. Discuss upcoming jobs and equipment requirements, in a timely manner, with sales manager.
- Actively promote all our products from various sealers to equipment that we sell and service.
- Investigate and resolve any issues including contract, invoice, service, etc.
- Identify new customers and help them grow their business.
- Present to owners, decision makers & influencers of target customers. Qualify needs and offer solutions.
- Create customer agreements and complete process with our contracts and pricing.
- Review customers’ accounts with accounts receivable on a monthly basis and resolve any issues.
Other requirements:
- At least four years previous outside sales experience.
- Knowledge and proven sales performance in: equipment industry, asphalt industry, etc.

Store Manager

The Store Manager role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and the evaluation of all aspects of the day-to-day business. This includes leading all aspects of sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics, including financial and performance goals. The role is also responsible for the store’s operational and financial reporting functions.
The Store Manager communicates back and forth with all employees and leadership to assist with problem resolution while maintaining a high level of customer service and overall success of the store. The Store Manager will handle all incoming and outgoing orders, and direct support staff for maximum efficiency. The Store Manager communicates with customers,which include SealMaster customer service, sales, and operational staff (i.e., Outside Sales Reps, Mechanics, etc.). Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES/GOALS
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with business owners, government agencies, and other pavement maintenance professionals. Repeat sales are the cornerstones of our company.
- Identify, locate, and cold-call new sales prospects and maintain existing customer accounts.
- Perform on-site demonstrations of SealMaster products and equipment. Product and equipment training will be provided.
- Commit to award-winning customer service and responsiveness.
- Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to personally call on potential sales prospects.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Outside sales experience in construction and building materials is a plus.
- Experience in the pavement maintenance industry is a definite plus.
- Professional sales presentation capabilities including public speaking and Power Point presentations.
- Three- to five-year track record of outside sales.
