Surface Preparation
Proper surface preparation is essential for a long-lasting sealcoat. For newly paved asphalt surfaces, allow a minimum curing time of four weeks under ideal weather conditions (around 70°F) before applying. All surfaces must be clean and free of loose material, dirt and dust.
Mixing Procedures

Add a minimum of 1-2 gallons of Top Tuff per 100 gallons of pavement sealer concentrate. Dilute Top Tuff 1:1 with water before adding it to the sealer mixture.

With the tank agitator running, add water to the sealer concentrate, followed by the diluted Top Tuff. Slowly add sand as the mixture thickens. Maintain agitation throughout application for a uniform consistency.

Application

Apply pavement sealer fortified with Top Tuff using pressurized spray or squeegee equipment. Apply two coats for optimum performance, with an optional third coat in high-traffic areas.

Refer to the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for complete mixing and application instructions.

Important:

Temperatures must be above 50°F during application and remain so for at least 24 hours afterward. Do not apply when rain is imminent or forecast.

Available Sizes:

5-Gallon Pail – 48 lbs. | 55-Gallon Drum – 535 lbs.
