AquaSet Pothole Patch
AquaSet is a premium, high-performance cold patch designed for permanent repairs on asphalt and concrete pavement. Its all-weather formula can be applied in hot or cold temperatures and wet or dry conditions. The water-activated formula sets within minutes after adding water and is ready for traffic immediately after compaction. It contains no solvents or volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and provides a durable, permanent repair without heating or heavy equipment.
AquaSet is available in three grades to accommodate different repair needs: 4 mm for cracks and potholes less than 1 inch deep, 6 mm for potholes 1 to 3 inches deep and 9 mm for deep potholes and base repairs.

Surface Preparation
Remove loose debris and other material from the pothole before applying AquaSet.
Mixing Procedures
AquaSet is ready to use. Add water during application to activate the material.
Application
Fill the pothole with AquaSet approximately 1/2 inch above the surrounding pavement surface. Spread the material evenly and thoroughly saturate it with water. Compact the material using a hand tamper, vibratory plate or roller. Add more AquaSet and repeat the process as needed to create a smooth, level repair.
For potholes deeper than 3 inches, apply AquaSet in two layers using the same procedure. AquaSet is ready for traffic immediately after compaction and can be sealcoated after a one-hour cure.

Coverage
Approximately 5 square feet at 1-inch depth per 50 pounds of AquaSet.

Available Grades:
