SealMaster E-Z Stir is a ready-to-use, clay-stabilized asphalt emulsion pavement sealer designed to protect and beautify asphalt pavement. Pre-mixed with silica sand for added wearability and slip resistance, E-Z Stir requires no dilution or additional sand before application.
Simply stir thoroughly and apply by squeegee, brush or spray for a convenient pavement maintenance solution for driveways, parking lots and other asphalt surfaces.

Asphalt Emulsion Pavement Sealer
Surface Preparation
Proper surface preparation is essential for a long-lasting, successful sealcoat. For newly paved asphalt surfaces, allow a minimum curing time of four weeks under ideal weather conditions (around 70°F) before applying. All surfaces must be clean and free of loose material, dirt and dust.
Before Sealcoating:
- Fill pavement cracks with SealMaster hot-pour or cold-applied crack filler
- Treat grease, oil and gasoline stains with SealMaster PetroSeal or PrepSeal
- Remove dirt, dust and loose material from the pavement surface
Mixing Procedures
E-Z Stir is a ready-to-use product; stir thoroughly before application. Do NOT dilute.
Application
For optimum performance and durability, apply a minimum of two coats of E-Z Stir. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying the next coat. After the final application, allow 24 hours before opening the pavement to vehicle traffic.
Important:
Temperatures must be above 50°F during application and remain so for at least 24 hours afterward. Do not apply when rain is imminent or forecast.
Coverage
When properly mixed and applied, one gallon of E-Z Stir will cover approximately 70-82 sq. ft. per coat or 7.8-9.1 sq. yd. per coat.
NOTE: Coverage rates may vary depending on the pavement age, porosity and application method.
