Liquid Road Ultra is a polymer-modified, fiber-reinforced asphalt emulsion pavement coating designed for long-lasting pavement preservation. The formula is pre-blended with specially graded aggregate to create a tough, slip-resistant surface treatment. It replenishes binder lost through oxidation and weathering while helping protect asphalt pavement from UV rays, chemicals and moisture intrusion. Designed for road and street applications, Liquid Road Ultra provides long-lasting pavement protection for neighborhoods, communities and other low-traffic roadways.

For Roads & Streets
Surface Preparation
Proper surface preparation is essential for a long-lasting, successful sealcoat. For newly paved asphalt surfaces, allow a minimum curing time of four weeks under ideal weather conditions (around 70°F) before applying. All surfaces must be clean and free of loose material, dirt and dust.
Before Sealcoating:
- Fill pavement cracks with SealMaster hot-pour or cold-applied crack filler
- Treat grease, oil and gasoline stains with SealMaster PetroSeal or PrepSeal
- Remove dirt, dust and loose material from the pavement surface
Mixing Procedures
Mix Liquid Road Ultra thoroughly before application. If needed, a small amount of water may be added to facilitate application.
Application
For optimum performance and durability, apply two coats of Liquid Road Ultra by squeegee.
First Coat: Apply at a rate of 30-40 sq. ft. per gallon and allow it to dry thoroughly before applying the second coat.
Second Coat: Apply at a rate of 30-40 sq. ft. per gallon and allow it to dry thoroughly before opening the pavement to traffic.
Important:
Temperatures must be above 50°F during application and remain so for at least 24 hours afterward. Do not apply when rain is imminent or forecast.
Coverage
For road and street applications, one gallon of Liquid Road Ultra will cover approximately 30-40 sq. ft. per coat or 3.3-4.4 sq. yd. per coat.
