CrackPro Heated Hose Machines & CrackMaster Crack Sealant
Crack Pro Heated Hose Machines feature the lowest profile on the market. This helps ensure potential safety hazards are visible to operators, and material loading height is lower for easier handling. Counter-weight hose booms minimize operator fatigue. Models include those featuring a direct drive air compressor with a 100-foot, reeled hose for cleaning cracks; and range from 125-gallon, single hose units, to 400-gallon double pumpers with dual heated hoses. We stock a full selection of CrackMaster hot-applied crack sealants that meet the specifications and climatic conditions of each job. Formulas include those that meet ASTM Standard Specifications for Crack Sealants.
CrackPro Mastic Machines & CrackMaster Mastic
For larger pavement repairs, bridge joints, plug joints, utility cuts, and more, CrackMaster Mastic (available in black and gray) provides a durable and cost-effective material that provides lasting results.
CrackPro Mastic Machines offer features that aren’t available anywhere else, including a heated gate valve to prevent plugging issues; an air-jacketed, heated chute; and enclosed pail heater. The plow point agitation system provides fast heat-up time and dispensing, along with unmatched power and torque. Safety interlocks protect the operator and prevent machine damage. The CrackPro Mastic machine also features the largest tool heating box available, and it’s the most efficient and quiet machine of its type from a fixed engine throttle.
Traffic Markings, Bicycle and Bus Lane Coatings
SealMaster’s traffic paint selection includes fast-drying formulas and those that meet federal specifications. Our SafeRide Bicycle Lane Green and Bus Lane Red 100-percent acrylic coatings feature crosslinking polymer technology in a single-component, ready-to-apply formula. Each meet MUTDC color recommendations.
