TruFlex Rubberized Crack Sealant

TruFlex is a highly rubberized crack sealant designed for sealing cracks in asphalt or concrete pavements. TruFlex can also be mixed with sand for filling larger cracks and alligatored areas.

Coverage
Approximately 75-150 linear feet of ½” by ½” crack per gallon.
Crack Preparation
Clean all vegetation, dirt, and loose debris from crack. Fill deep cracks with sand or backer rod to within ¾” from pavement surface.
Mixing Procedures
Stir material thoroughly before using. Sand may be added (up to 10 lbs. of sand per 1 gallon of TruFlex) when filling larger cracks and alligatored areas.
Application
Fill crack completely with TruFlex Rubberized Crack Sealant. A squeegee may be used to spread sealant flush to adjoining pavement surface. Material should skin over sufficiently to accept traffic within 6 to 8 hours.
Important
Temperatures must be above 50°F both during application and for a period of at least 24 hours after application. Do not apply when rain is imminent or forecast.
Clean Up
Wash tools in water before material dries.
