Coverage
One gallon will fill approximately 75-150 feet of cracks depending on depth and width of crack. When used to patch low spots, coverage will vary with depth of patch.
Description
SealMaster Concrete Patch is a 100% acrylic heavy-bodied trowel grade crack filler designed for filling larger cracks up to 1″ wide in concrete surfaces. Concrete Patch can also be used to fill and repair damaged and spalled areas in concrete up to 1/4″ deep.
Surface Preparation
Cleaning Cracks: Remove dirt and vegetation from cracks with screwdriver or other suitable instrument. Flush out crack with water and allow to dry.
Damaged and Spalled Areas: Remove dirt and debris from repair area. Scrub thoroughly with wire brush and rinse with water.
Mixing Procedures
Use as is. DO NOT DILUTE.
Application
Apply material with rectangular trowel or wide putty knife. Spread and smooth out material flush to adjoining surface. Allow material to dry and cure for 48 hours prior to resuming foot or vehicle traffic.
Important
Stir before using. Temperatures must be above 50°F both during application and for a period of at least 24 hours after application. Do not apply when rain is imminent or forecast. Keep liquid from freezing. Close container when not in use.
Clean Up
Wash tools with water before material dries.
