Fast Heat-Up Oil-Jacketed Kettle
- The 300-gallon oil-jacketed kettle reaches operating temperature in approximately 2.5 hours from a cold start while providing forced material discharge for consistent material flow.
Heavy-Duty Agitation System
- Designed specifically for aggregate-filled mastic materials, the hydraulic planetary agitation system delivers exceptional torque to ensure thorough mixing.
- Built-in safety interlocks help protect both the operator and the equipment.
Efficient Hydraulic System
- The hydraulic system is engineered to operate at low temperatures to reduce wear and maintenance.
Diesel Tool Box Heater
- The diesel-fired tool box heater keeps application tools hot and ready for use throughout the workday.

Maintenance-Friendly Design
- Built with serviceability in mind, the machine features a 600-degree-rated rear bearing, internally lubricated packing gland with grease ports and easy access to burners, engine, drive system and other routine maintenance points.
Waterproof Control Panel
- The waterproof control panel houses the Crack Pro’s proven operating system and includes:
- Burner temperature controllers for accurate material temperatures.

Heavy-Duty Trailer
- Built on a tandem-axle trailer with dual 6,000-lb. axles, an adjustable pintle hitch, battery-powered break-away system and LED lighting package for dependable towing and jobsite stability.
Long Runtime
- The 30-gallon fuel tank provides approximately 15 to 25 hours of operation between fill-ups, helping crews stay productive throughout the workday.
Overnight Heaters
- Overnight heaters help reduce startup time by maintaining material temperature, allowing crews to begin work faster the next day.
Heavy-Duty Knife Discharge Valve
- A heavy-duty 6-inch adjustable knife valve is designed to cut through aggregate-filled mastic material, providing smooth and reliable discharge.
Heated Discharge Chute
- The heated discharge chute remains hot without propane or circulating hot oil, reducing fire risk when the machine is idle.
- The chute can also be quickly removed for use with wheeled or hand-held applicators.
- The machine comes standard with a chute extension that adds approximately 12 inches, allowing material to be dispensed approximately 48 inches from the discharge valve.
Pail Heater
- The built-in pail warmer quickly melts material, keeping application material ready for use throughout the workday.
