TruFlex Rubberized Crack Sealant is a highly rubberized, polymer-modified crack filler designed for sealing cracks in asphalt and concrete pavement. Its flexible, durable formula combines a high softening point and toughness with superior UV and fuel resistance for long-lasting performance.
TruFlex can be applied to cracks that are dry or slightly damp and requires no melter for application. For larger cracks and localized alligatored areas, TruFlex can also be mixed with sand to create a thicker, mastic-like repair material.

Surface Preparation
Clean all vegetation, dirt and loose debris from the crack. Fill deep cracks with sand or backer rod to within ¾ inch of the pavement surface.
Mixing Procedures
Stir TruFlex thoroughly before use. When filling larger cracks or localized alligatored areas, up to 10 lbs. of sand may be added per gallon of TruFlex.
Application
Fill the crack completely with TruFlex Rubberized Crack Sealant. A squeegee may be used to spread the sealant flush with the adjoining pavement surface. TruFlex should skin over sufficiently to accept traffic within approximately 6 to 8 hours.
Important:
Temperatures must be above 50°F during application and remain so for at least 24 hours afterward. Do not apply when rain is imminent or forecast.
Coverage
One gallon of TruFlex will fill approximately 75-150 linear feet of ½-inch by ½-inch cracks.
NOTE: Actual coverage will vary depending on the depth and width of cracks.
